The Portumna Coarse Angling Club had some fantastic fishing on the Shannon last Sunday as the bream show for their knock-up.
Well done Bill Cassidy on his winning net of 20 bream and some good hybrids on the tip. In 2nd place was Kevin Leahy with 15 bream and in 3rd Paul McCaul who had 3 bream and some big roach.

Great fishing combined with the good news received this week on the funding to complete the development of the town stretch. Munster coarse anglers will now hold their next league match, 20th November on the venue.
