Alice Murtagh IFI from the Corlesmore office reports:
Angling generally has improved with better bags of fish reported from all lakes. A few Bream have been turning up at Dernaferst Lough Gowna. Good mixed bags are reported from Hollybank, Gulladoo, Kevins Shore, Killykeen and Town Lake Killeshandra. A few Bream have been caught this week during the Ballinamore festival, best weight on Church Shore 17kg, mixed bags mostly Roach and Hybrids. Some small Trout are being caught on the Annalee River.
