Water levels have been up and down in the River Boyne over the last few weeks and some salmon have been moving through the system. Angling guide Peter Cunningham has been out and about recently on the River Boyne and has been having some nice salmon fishing. Best fish taken recently included a lovely fresh fish of circa 12 to 13lbs. Over the last few outings Peter has had a few smaller fish as well. There are a few sea trout moving on the lower end of the fishery and fishing should improve as water levels drop further.
