Sunday 18th saw the AWOL group fish their 3rd leg.
19 anglers fished Courtlough, landing 162 fish. The lake fished well in the morning with a least 2 anglers reaching their peg total of 4 fish per peg on the second peg. Looking around the lake I could see some catching on lures and more catching under the bung.
We had a surplus of money this year( due to paper bought last year), and I put this towards a voucher for a turkey 
. Malcolm had kindly donated a 5ltr leg of beer to the event, thanks Malcom.
It looked to me the the lake had a little lull around midway, but started fishing again two pegs from the end. With a good few anglers reaching the peg limit on the last peg. Donal marked a fish of 34cm to win the Gobbler.

1st Marius Lincevicius 18 fish
2nd Hubert Smith 18 fish.
3rd Noel Shields 15 fish
Longest fish caught today went to Gary with a fish of 58.
