Erne Anglers report on their very successful Erne Anglers Easter Festival…
After three days of match fishing on the Erne the competition came to a close today with over 422kg caught by the 19 competing anglers. The pole was the favoured method at Viaduct and Cleenish where we enjoyed fishing the venues recently enhanced by DAERA Fisheries. Bream showed at Airport but it was mostly hybrids and roach for all competitors.
Congratulations to the winner Simon Huthwaite who led from day one with his 31kg catch at Airport, finishing with a total weight of 51.790kg and £300.
