RIVER LEE ESB FISHERY INNISCARRA
Paul Hanley had 3Ā salmon from the Inniscarra fishery on Saturday. The first was a good fish of 12lbs, which needed a bit of thought to first of all hook and then play in the low water. After this the fly got a few plucks but seemed to lose its charm. Switching to a spinner saw a second fish caught. This one was another fresh fish of about 11lb. Later in the evening he had a third on spinner again. All were released.
Paul tells us thatĀ there seems to be a few coming through and with the fresh rain forecast we should get a good push of salmon soon with the coloured high water.
