Alan Pyne reports getting good pollack and fishing with Caroline Farrell at the weekend. the pair were fishing in Dingle Bay and around the Blasket Islands. Some of the pollack were a good size. They mixed the fishing up and had lovely flounders over the sand to round off a great day on the water.

Further south, but still in Co. Kerry, charter skipper Siegy Grabher’s Austrian guests also are enjoying some lovely fishing. The windy weather on Saturday stopped them getting on the water but they’ve had some great trips since then.
