Recent trips are bearing fruit forMick Dennehy on the Silver Dawn and they’ve had some interesting fish already this season. Hake have featured in the catches already this year. Another interesting observation is the number of mackerel – Mick says he has never seen so many mackerel in mid january! Other anglers are reporting catching them from shore marks in West Cork. Strange times…
