Mick Flanagan reports on the TAFI youths interprovincial qualifier fished on Owel…

Last Sunday the Trout Federation Of Ireland held their youth’s interprovincial qualifier on Owel. It was a tough long day’s fishing for the twenty-eight anglers, and only 2 fish were caught measured and released. Sadly some of the anglers did hook fish, but unfortunately did not land their prized catch.
