Anglers on the Clare Dragoon have had some good skate fishing in the last week. Mackerel have been scarce but there’s enough bait about to get the big skate and spurdogs into double figures.
Meanwhile over on the on Lady Gwen II fishing has been productive over the reefs and sand. the anglers enjoyed some beautiful days on the ocean (even when it rained) and some fine pollack and haddock were landed.
