As the weather cools again following a warm week the pike fishing has picked up here in Cavan. Our anglers are getting good fishing on the Erne system around Belturbet. Lots of bigger fish in the 90s and and over 100cm landed.
Bruno our french Guide & Greg with 109 cm pike. They fished all day until late at night other fish caught and released Plenty of pike in the Erne at present 106 cm, 98 cm and 95 cm long. They were a little tired in the evening, but what a fishing holiday !
