Straight back after holidays to see if there was any Ferox waiting for us. Quite choppy day with east wind didn’t tick the box for favourable conditions, but not long after the start the rod bent under a lovely 73cm Ferox. Until the end of the day we missed two more fish and that was it…ah well, one is better then a blank.
Nicer weather today and fish played ball as they should!
Three Ferox in “countable” size (67cm, 73cm, 74cm), two pike, one more a toddler of a trout and a tank of a Ferox lost…. We couldn’t stop it and then it just came off…. Ah well, no complaint about the results too! We’ll get him again!
