On their first voyage in search of bluefin tuna, having been kept inshore with the high winds of late, Courtmacsherry Angling hit the jackpot with a fine fish of 87 inches brought alongside by anglers Alan and Dan (who shared the hardship of reeling it in!).

Thankfully, the skate and ray have been been very obliging on inshore marks, and Paul Currie had the whole boat to himself as he landed five skate, including a personal best!

Whether you want to fish for ton-up common skate, bluefin tuna, gilling for pollack on light tackle, reef fishing for conger, fish out south on the wrecks for something bigger or catch a Blue Shark, Courtmacherry Angling have charter or individual seats available on days during September.
