The organisers of the Irish Winter Shore Angling Festival have announced the dates for the 37th edition of the competition. In 2026, the event will take place on January 22-24 on beaches in Wexford, with the Hotel Curracloe acting as headquarters for the duration.
The festival is one of the highlights of the winter sea angling calendar and interested anglers should book their places soon, as there will be high demand. The event includes pairs or teams of four competitions, along with the regular pools and the entry fee of €170 includes the presentation dinner on the Sunday evening.
