Jamie Freshwater and friend Joe Good who were part of a group of six anglers visiting Ireland for their annual fishing trip, the catches were made up of Bream to 4lb, Hybrids, Roach and Tench use both Feeder and float tactics.

Nigel and Howard from Torquay were over once again for their annual fishing trip to Melview Lodge in Longford, Kevin said we looked at a couple of venues and it was straight into prebaiting for the lads. The result was some cracking Bream to 6lb and good Tench to 5lb using both feeder and float methods , every day the lads were into the Bream and Tench before it was decided to give the swim a rest.

They had been also prebaiting another swim which saw them catch some nice fish but could not resist returning for their last day to their first venue, next week we will let you know how they got on in the second part holiday.
