4 Salmon on Killarney Lakes and 3 on the Flesk this week

Eileen Carroll Murphy IFI reports on conditions from Killarney lakes, Lough Leane, Killarney Flesk and Laune beats for the week ending Sunday March 24th:

KILLARNEY LAKES AND LOUGH LEANE

4 salmon landed on the Lower Lake, weighing 15lbs, 15.5lbs, 10lbs and 8lbs caught trolling by local anglers.  1 salmon of 10lbs landed on the Upper Lake trolling by a local angler.

RIVER LAUNE BEATS 1 AND 2

No report of catches

KILLARNEY FLESK

3 salmon landed on the Killarney Flesk, 2 weighing 7lbs each and one was 6.5lbs, all landed spinning by two local anglers and a Cork angler.  Water levels medium to low.
