Cashel Trout Fishery report by Marlene McLaughlin
This weekend has been fantastic giving the anglers a very pleasant time with us here at Cashel. Regulars, from Portadown and Banbridge, George Lyttle, Bertie Allen and Billy Rainey had a really enjoyable weekend using assorted nymphs and small lures. These anglers bagged five trout for home which averaged 2.5 lb and also continued to release back into the lake again. David McCool (Limavady) accompanied by Colm and Andrew McClarey bagged a trout which was around the 2 lb. mark.
