Two killer whales have been spotted in the same area off the Kinsale coast this month, an event which is being described as “interesting” by marine experts. Within an eight-day interval at Barry’s Head, Newfoundland Bay, the pair- who belong to the dolphin family- were first spotted by John Murphy and Richard Cussen on Monday, March 5th and again on Tuesday, March 13th by Stephan Lautram.
