Lough Acalla
Big numbers of anglers on Lough Acalla over the weekend as everywhere else was flooded. Mark Hannigan from Ballinasloe had great fishing on a “black bug” and just failed to land a big one that broke at the stand. Three lads from Clare were visiting the lake for the first time on Sunday and had a great day catching 2 lb rainbows. They were delighted with their day
