Our local Coarse anglers were in action recently on the magical River Inny and produced some good bags of fish. It was a tough day with strong winds, some good heavy showers, and a bit of sunshine thrown in for good measure. Killucan angler Steve Cotter was in fine form and took top rod with a combined weight of 4kg of fish. Bob McDermott of Mullingar was also fired up for the match competition and had a few nice fish including a super Roach just short of 2lbs.
