TWO anglers caught the first salmon of 2013 on the River Drowse in Co Leitrim. Both snatches were timed within minutes at 12.20pm yesterday more than 5km apart. One was caught in the Wee Drain pool near the village of Tullaghan and the other in the Black Water pool near Lough Melvin.
