HUNDREDS of wild brown trout, eels and coarse fish have been killed on the River Dodder in Dublin after a suspected discharge of industrial waste or deliberate dumping of hazardous material.
A full-scale investigation has been launched by Inland Fisheries Ireland. A spokeswoman confirmed about 500 various types of fresh water fish were killed.
