Despite the very cold weather the Moy system produced a few salmon during the past week including a nice 9lbs. fish for Noel Maloney. Noel caught his spring salmon fishing the worm on the Ballina Salmon Anglers’ water.
However, angling effort is still low and it is hoped that the coming long Easter weekend will see more anglers venturing out than in previous weeks.
