Paddy Halpin of Inland Fisheries Ireland’s Limerick office once agains says there’s not a lot to report for the week. Despite good salmon fishing water mid week and a good few anglers out only one salmon was reported. The fish was caught in the Killocrim/Finuge stretch by William Fuller. It was a fresh fish of about 6lbs caught on the spinner.
The river has gone very low and would suit any angler interested in doing a bit of sea trout fishing in late even or early morning, water temperature is up as well.
