Nigel and Howard from Torquay were over once again for their annual fishing trip to Ireland, they are no strangers to fishing Ireland and for a number of years now have used Melview Lodge in Longford as their base. Regular prebaiting paid off for them at the two venues they decided to fish, mainly feeder fishing at 30 yards into over twenty foot of water.

Their best joint weight at the first venue was 186 lb. of Bream to 7 lb. along with some Hybrids, Kevin said the lads always work hard and prebait according to the venue and weather conditions and it all paid of for them.

They are off to try some early morning fishing and we will let you know how they get on in the next report.
