Frank Maunsell from the Owenmore Fishery reports that the rain on Sunday has brought on a good run of sea trout…
29 June: We got the rain on Saturday and we had a great flood in the river. We had a massive run of seatrout as was expected and everybody on the river had fish. One man had 8 fish before 2 o clock one of them was 3 lbs. It will fish well on Monday and Tuesday because we have misty rain forecast for today and that will keep the river topped up.
