A wet morning greeted the 17 young anglers fishing the 2016 junior All Ireland Feeder Championships. This year saw two age categories for the event in this fast growing discipline, U25 and U15 reflecting the new categories as defined by FIPSed Fédération Internationale de la Pêche Sportive en Eau Douce for youth angling. Every participant caught fish on Lough Sillan and as the day got drier some nice nets of small roach were produced by the young anglers. FeederTeam Ireland manager Brenton Sweeney presented the trophies and an array of prizes from Sensas Ireland, Garbolino UK and Tubertini UK LTD to the winners.
