Three year old Gus O’Reilly led the way at the weekend. With Mam and Dad in tow, young Gus with his brother Shane and sister Penny displayed his angling skills to all on the Royal Canal at Kilcock, Kildare.
This was his first fishing trip and he intended to make the most of it. After an hours fishing, the catch was small, a single perch – but this is a mighty fish to a 3 year old !! When the weather changed the O’Reilly clan headed for home but watch this space as they’ll be back. They have the bug now !
