11 November: The winds fell away and a loud surf was crashing on the offshore sandbar during last night’s league outing and fishing was hectic as shoals of good size coley fed in the surf. Fish averaging 27cm to 35cm single and double shots all night and a great fishing for Michael McGettigan with 27 coley in that size bracket taking the 1st place prize money and a nice fishing of coley and flounder taking 2nd place money for Pat Cunningham and a fine lump of a Pollack was taken from the surf of 54cm winning longest fish prize for Darren Rawdon. Great fishing and well done to all who took part.

15 November: A brilliant few hours on the beach last night with some lovely fish feeding in the shallows. A night to remember for Jason getting his first bass and what a way to christen a new rod. Some cracking mid 30cm turbots and flounders and dogfish and of course Johnny had 3 nice bass also. A great session and it sure was better than the football on tv. Well done lads. #cprsavesfish
