Mick Flanagan has more news of super trout on Ennell…
In the past few weeks we highlighted some beautiful trout being caught on Ennell. Well this week we feature a cracking trout caught by Raharney Angler Jim Glynn. Jim, we were told, loves his bit of fishing, and on this angling adventure spent a day trolling with Jason Darby of Irishtown.
Its certainly going to be interesting on Ennell come the May Fly season, and just see will some of these cracking fish take the fly. I was on Ennell pike fishing last week, and the Lake was quite calm, and a good number of big trout were pitching and some showing an interest in surface feeding.
