The River Moy saw a week of bright sunshine with temperatures from 19 to 25 degrees Celsius. Water levels were dropping consistently and water temperatures remained around 12 to 14 degrees Celsius…conditions far from ideal for salmon fishing.

Not many anglers ventured out, given the circumstances and, as a consequence, only 62 salmon were recorded for the week.
