Anglers with Sea Angling Charters have been having some great shark fishing in recent weeks. There are a few blues about but Porbeagle have been featuring in plenty of trips as well.
And, while the punters have been enjoying good fishing, it’s actually a day when the punters put in a no-show that produced a day to remember for young Evan Collins. Not wishing to waste a good day’s fishing when his customers failed to turn up, skipper (& Dad) Tom Collins decided to turn it into a family day out including some whale watching and a bit of fishing. And Evan made the most of his unexpected opportunity by managing to catch his first-ever porbeagle, managing to capture the day’s excitement on video which is available on his YouTube channel Evan the all round Angler.
