Round 5 of the C/M Lakelands Muckno Feeder League was held on Sunday Jan 30th with 22 fishing. The lough fished well once more for the time of the year and James O’Doherty caught skimmers and smaller fish to win the day with just under 7kg.
Seamus Winters was 2nd with a lot of small fish for just under 6kg and Lough Muckno regular Andy Chapman was 3rd with some better quality fish for over 5kg.
The league is very tight and the top 8 will be paid out sharing a pot of over €2,600.
The final round will be held in 2 weeks time so we will keep an eye on that to see who the eventual winners will be.
