High water levels impact Tulla & District Angling Club pairs competition

1946

Tulla & District Angling Club report from their pairs competition held on 23rd July…

Tulla Pairs, Silvergrove 23.07.23. After the change of venue due to high water levels, with water up to stands, the fish weren’t in a co-operative mood. So mainly small fish were the order of the day. Well done to the 11 anglers. Winners of the Mick Daly Pairs Cup were Kevin and Michael with 8lb 6oz, and in second place were Roy and Ray with 6lb 15oz.
Next coarse match is Oaklands on Aug 6th. (Pegs at 09:00).
Next pike competition is at Lough Brigit next Sunday 30th July from 11:30 to 17:00.
Please fish in a sustainable manner
