Last week there was some decent salmon fishing reported from the Rivers across West Cork as good floods improved conditions.
Anglers on the Bandon reported catching 30 grilse. A little further west 20+ Salmon were caught on the Ilen River biggest was 12lb. Seatrout were also caught in good numbers. On the Coomhola over 6 fish were caught and more than 10 Salmon were caught on the Ouvane.
