Kevin Lyons reports on a parties of of anglers from the UK and Belgium who fished on waters near Melview Lodge in Longford

Howard and Nigel who are regulars to Ireland and Melview Lodge who we reported on last time continued their second week just how they started their first, fishing on prebaited swims they put together some great catches of big Bream along with Hybrids, Tench and Roach. They decided on their second part of their holiday to turn their hand to Roach and Rudd fishing, Fishing both feeder and float they managed some cracking catches of Roach and  Rudd along with some more good Tench.

Kelvyn and Jan who were on their first visit to Melview Lodge for a four day fishing break were into their target fish on their first day, Tench were the main target and even managed some Bream, Hybrids and Roach using both feeder and float tactics. Kevin said they managed 11 Tench during their four days and managed an added bonus of Bream, Hybrids and lots of Roach well done lads.

Father and son from Belgium who visit Ireland and Melview lodge Longford a few times a year were back once more, next week we report on some cracking Tench and Bream catches that they had while staying with Kevin at Melview Lodge in Longford.
