Sea Area – Fanore
Closed Season for Bass at present. The fishing has been poor enough up to now. The warmer weather has generated a little bit more activity at the moment.
Sea Area – Carrigaholt – Doonbeg
Generally fishing is spotty but there is a good variety of fish species being caught. Good catches of Haddock at the moment with one Haddock weighing up to 7lbs. One Spurdog was caught last week weighing 10lbs. Great catches of Mackerel at the moment.
