Ballymote & District Angling Club report:

With reasonable fishing conditions this week a few club members took to the water in search of trout. Despite fish being spotted actively feeding at or near the surface they proved a little difficult to tempt. Club members who were lucky enough to to land fish over the course of the week were Bernard McDermott, Peter Walsh and Colm Walsh. As always if you have a catch to report please e-mail it to the club email address available from the link on the club website. Successful fly patterns were Dry Fly: Wet Fly /Nymphs: Lures: Deer hair mouse.
