Noel McArdle from Drogheda made a flying visit to Courtlough trout fishery near Balbriggan last week. Even though this as his first time fly fishing Noel managed to get to grips with fly-casting and landed his first ever rainbow trout on the fly. The water levels were well up on the previous week due to very heavy rain but there was still lots of fun to be had at this fantastic fishery.
Courtlough Trout Fishery is located in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The grounds of Courtlough also offer clay pigeon shooting, archery and an extreme adventure zone. Dublin Falconry is also located here.
