Siegy Graber, skipper of Sioux out of Valentia Island,  tells us  his regular guests from Bavaria caught 228 pollack, 2 cod, 49 coalfish, 9 ling, 2 cuckoo wrasse, 2 ballan wrasse, 2 poor cod and loads of mackerel last week.

There is some great blue shark fishing to be had also

The previous week it was blue shark, blue shark, blue shark! Blue was the theme, following the blue moon there were many blue sharks! 16 blue sharks were caught, tagged and released. 12 of these were caught on just on outing. The rest of that week saw a mix of fishing with cod, pollack and the usual suspects being also caught.
