Luke Aston reports on the Charter fishing off the Clare coast…
We had a lovely day on the sea after the rain on Friday last. We started the day off chasing gannets to try and find Mackerel but only dolphins and a Minke Whale were seen! Headed out deep then and had a great morning’s fishing with pollack cod ling mackerel haddock and whiting.
The wind started changing in the early afternoon and fishing slowed a bit. Still a good day out.
