The king of the east coast, skipper Kit Dunne is pleased with the mackerel off the Wickow coast.
Things are active and the fishing is busy. Kit set out this week with a bit of wreck fishing and then went in search of shark at 70-115 metres. The pollack and pouting obliged but the shark kept their distance. There was a nice drift, good rubby dubby trail, 25 mile off and the water was only 15 degrees. Patience is a virtue Kit so I guess you’ll have to wait another Month so.
In the meanwhile plenty of Tope, Huss and loads of Hounds kept the customers happy.
