Tench, hybrids, and proper bream were the order of the today at the Farney Festival.
While the match stallworths averaged 7.5 kg of silvers, the leaderboard looks very different this evening with Rowe bagging 30lb of bream on Brothers and Section A on Brothers producing bags of tench.
On Muckno the higher section was won by young James Doherty with 12 kg of hybrids with Wheeler steady on 7kg+.
On the lower section Eamon Rogers started well with 20 good hybrids but was pipped with a late flurry by McLoughlin who finished with over 7kg.
Tomorrow is an important day for the leaders and as expected the sections are getting stronger by the day.

All anglers are requested to note that this festival runs until Saturday 25th June. Please respect this booking by avoiding pegs 55 to 75 on Lough Muckno. Anglers from the club booked to fish there next weekend and who are currently practicing in the area are particularly asked to co-operate with this request.
