Conor Lynch wins Lough Ennell Perpetual Cup

The Lough Ennell Perpetual Cup sponsored by Con Hope was fished on August 26^th, with some nice trout being presented at the 7pm weigh- in at Whitebridge Bay. Unfortunally I missed this competition as I was caught up on Owel that day.

Conor Lynch of Tullamore was Top rod with a fine Ennell Trout of 2.644lbs, John Dooner of Mullingar and formally Tullamore was 2^nd with 2.618lbs, and 3^rd Ginnell Terrace angler John “Tosh” Grimes with 1.798lbs.

Con Hope presented the winners with their prizes.

Upcoming events on Ennell…

Lough Ennell trout Preservation Association are back in action on Sunday September 23^rd, and the popular O, Malley Cup will be fished.

On September 30^th the Christy Sleator Perpetual Cup is up for grabs, more on this in coming weeks.
