A perfect end to 2018 as the River Bann produces a 2-day average match weight of 35kg! Mid Ulster’s angling facility at Portglenone was the venue for the Lower Bann CAA‘s Mc Coy Cup Memorial Match run by Ricky Peoples 29th & 30th December.

Next week sees a new section of the river open to anglers ahead of the FIPSed Fédération Internationale de la Pêche Sportive en Eau DouceEuropean Championships to be staged here in June 2019.
