Monday 19th  to Sunday 25th August 2019.

Water levels were good on the Drowes all week. On Monday the gauge read 0.60m and the river rose slowly and steadily over the week to read 0.63m on Thursday. The river then fell slowly but was still reading a lovely water level of 0.59m on Sunday. The river was fairly quiet with only a limited number of rods fishing. There were around 12 salmon recorded to date.  Darryl Kennedy reported 3 salmon weighing 4, 4 & 10½lb caught on Sunday.
