Perch a plenty from the midlands

2110

Angling guide Mick Flanagan has been out and about in the midlands area with some good quantities of perch showing up on Lough Ennell.

Mick was using various methods to entice the perch including flies and that old favourite, the ‘Garden Olive’.

Mick also paid a visit to his local rainbow fishery Mount Dalton, where he bagged up a couple of nice bows using that most traditional of spinners, a Mepps.

The rainbows were also partial to a soft plastic jig head.
