Fermoy are 2022 Munster Coarse Angling Council Team of Four league winners. Congratulations to Tommy, Trevor, Pat and Dick on a constant performance throughout the series of matches.

Munster Coarse Anglers hosted the match, which split across two lakes in East Clare.
Clondorny proved to be the most consistent than Kilgory with two 5kg+ weights for the two Munster CA team mates Kevin Leahy and Ray Linton winning there respective sections and giving the team winners on the day and securing them second place over all.

Well done to Pawel Swistun who came top of the individual rankings with a impressive 5pts.

Go Fishing

Kilgory Lake is is located 5 kms from Tulla and is regarded as one of the most important lakes in the area. Predominant species  are  Roach, Tench, Hybrids and Bream.

Clondorney Lake located 2 kms north of Tulla. The lake holds most species of coarse fish but is especially noted for its rudd and bream fishing.

Munster Coarse Angling Club was set up to support, encourage, promote coarse angling in Munster, to organise and run competitions and leagues on the lower Shannon, and on the East Clare Lakes. They are affiliated to the National Coarse Fishing Federation of Ireland, NCFFI the National Governing body for coarse and predator fishing and casting sport as recognised by Sport Ireland and Sport NI. www.ncffi.ie
