The Edenderry Coarse Angling Club held their yearly three-day angling festival last week. Anglers from around Ireland and across the pond converged on the Offaly venue for what proved to be a difficult few days of fishing. Strong winds made things tough for the anglers and they had to work hard for their fish. It was tight at the top going into the final session, but after a close-fought battle, Peter Keenan came out on top with a weight of 36 06.
