The two-day Roslea Lakes Angling Festival 2024 was fished by forty three anglers on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd of June. Conditions were good for both days of the event, but the fishing continued to be hard with bonus fish deciding the results. Overall winner was Peter Jones with 9.325KG, with Nick Seddon in second and John Potters in third.

Winner of day one was Eddie Griskaitis on Inver peg 17 who caught 3 Tench and some small fish for 6.875Kgs. Runner Up also on Inver, Peg 11 was Peter Jones with 6.000Kgs, in third was Tommy Dowd with 5.900Kgs on Killyfole.

Lough Lea was won by Nick Howell will 5.500Kgs, Gavins was won by Mark Theedom 2.975Kgs and Lyons was won by Jimmy Rush with 4.600Kgs.

Winner of day two was Dave Slater on Inver peg 17 who caught 3 Tench and some small fish for 6.150Kgs. Runner Up was Artur Dudek on Killyfole Peg 2 with 5.850Kgs including some nice Bream, in third was Julian Kendrick with 5.775Kgs also on Killyfole.

Lough Lea was won by Nick Seddon with 5.625Kgs, Gavins was won by Paul Eyres with 3.475Kgs and Lyons was won by Paul Boothby with 3.350Kgs.
